ERFAN, The Sufism of Love

With the assertion: "In my hand there exists nothing but God", the Persian Sufis were at odds with official religion, meaning the clergy and the State. The most beautiful, humorous, and profound anecdotes, newly arranged and translated into German by Nariman Hodjaty and Mandana Alavi Kia, bring readers through the experience of how the Sufi masters avoided danger with cleverness and preached their philosophy with double-entendres.
